    • Aditya is the Chief Executive Officer of Emart Solutions. Prior to co-founding Emart, Aditya was a Senior Manager at iGATE, London wherein he handled Business Development for UK and Western Europe. Aditya also worked with Proctor & Gamble as a Senior Manager handling Customer Business Development. Aditya holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.
    • Srikanth is the Chief Operating Officer of Emart Solutions. Prior to co-founding Emart, Srikanth was a Management Consultant at Mitchell Madison Group, New York, wherein he advised Fortune 500 clients on cost management and corporate strategy. Prior to that, Srikanth was Marketing Manager with Alltel Wireless, Little Rock launching mobile internet and MMS for Alltel's prepaid mobile user base. Srikanth also worked with Cognizant handling key business and product enhancements for his clients. Srikanth holds a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) from Duke University and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.
    • Das brings with him 14 years of experience in Merchant Acquisition, Joint Promotion with Merchants and Channels Sales. His last tenure was with Taggle where he was the General Manager - Business Development and Member of the Founding Team. Prior to that, he worked with Times of Money as National Sales Manager - Specialty Retail and with Sodexo SVC India Pvt.Ltd. as Regional Manager where in he handled entire South India before Times. He is a postgraduate in Business Administration.
    • With about 12 years of experience in Product development, Sanjaya, provides strategic guidance to the development team. With his extensive experience in e-commerce platform, with the help of the team, he breaks ground in new technologies for the company's core product and early stage projects. His believe in developing customer oriented user friendly platforms without compromising in latest technology gap has been proven in many product development in past. Prior to joining EMart, Sanjaya worked with one of the top 5 US online travel company, Fareportal. He was crucial in building the Hotel extranet engine platform within a span of 1 year. He was a core group member at Erevmax, where he was involved in designing world class product in revenue management which eventually is one of the top selling products in its segment. At Erevmax, he was part of a team to build the Desiya booking engine, which later acquired by Travelguru.com. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree from NIT Rourkela. He holds various certifications like, Certified SCRUM Master, ISO 27001:2005 lead Auditor.
    • Having done the post graduation in Human Resouce Management from Christ College, Parul comes with 9+ years of rich experience in both MNCs and start-ups. She has been with Emart Solutions as AVP, Human Resource since November 2011. Prior to joining EMart, she was with Inquest Technologies India Pvt Ltd, Sun Microsystems and Boston Consulting Group
    • Vinod is a Qualified Chartered Accounted with him 8 years of experience in Entertainment and Banking & Financial Services Industry. His last tenure was with Wall Street Finance Limited where he was the Sr, Manager – Accounts & Finance. Before joining EMart, he worked with Fame India Limited as Manager – Accounts & Finance.

    • A post-graduate in Management from IIM-Ahmedabad (1979) Kailasam Raghavendra Rao started his career as the Financial Controller of Pure Ice Creams in Mumbai where, his innovative inputs in the areas of working capital management & distribution systems resulted in a 300% increase in the turnover of the group between 1979 and 1981. In November 1981, Mr. Rao moved to Ashok Leyland, Madras as Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance, in addition to introducing and implementing novel concepts in costing, MIS, budgeting etc). In spite of his busy career, he also found time to complete his ICWAI and ACS courses. Moving on, he then joined Standard Medical and Pharmaceuticals Limited, Hyderabad, as Vice President Later in 1988 he moved to Muscat and joined Al Buraimi Group based in the Sultanate of Oman as Director.During his tenure, the annual turnover of the group increased to over US$ 75 million from US$ 2 million and he was instrumental in diversifying the group's activities. He returned to India in 1992 to promote Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited. In a short span of time, Mr Rao has transformed Orchid from a single-product company to a multi-product operation with end-to-end connectivity from discovery to delivery. It is today the largest manufacturer-exporter of cephalosporin products in India and is ranked amongst the Top-5 cephalosporin manufacturing companies in the world.
